I TUBE Project

The knowledge of the conceptual background of the model is decisive in order to integrate the methodological approach of PEAPEDA with the concrete tool of Digital portfolio TIPEIL, to adapt and transfer this innovative result in a new context.

The TOI I-TUBE intends indeed to integrate the PEAEDA theoretical model of personalization and the map of competence of the personalization trainer, with the practical tool of digital portfolio (TIPEIL project) that appears consistent and congruent with the personalization idea designed (PEAPEDA Project).

The two issues, the theoretical and the operative one, complete each other and realize a new integrated tool, empowered both from a methodological and a practical point of view.

The transfer will be carried out from the vocational training for unoccupied young people, to the continuous vocational educators and trainers operating with adult employed people, over 45 at a risk of expulsion from the Labour Market.

Learning Personalization Trainer (LPT)

LPT offers to adult learners a specialized and personalized service of educational guidance, during the whole duration of a wide learning experience. The LPT is not a psychologist, nor an assistant for people with special needs, or a social assistant, or a geriatric doctor.

  • LPT co-sets with the learner learning challenges;
  • LPT co-designs with the learner the learning pathway to afford the settled learning challenges;
  • Results of a personalized learning pathway, co-designed by the learner and the LPT, are not at all foreseeable ex ante;
  • LPT co-evaluates the learning process with the learner.

The personalized pathway construction itself is a sort of training for the adult learner that improve his/hers learning competences.


The LPT supports the learner in the development of the learning and meta-cognitive skill set necessary for the applying of an effective personalized learning pathway:
