Work Package Aims
- Implementation of pilot run.
Description of Activities
Begin the transfer action. The expert group will show trainers, who conduct the experiment, methods, tools and strategies described in the guidelines of WP2. In Italy, this operation will be implemented through three meetings lasting two days. The first in Sicily, second in Lazio and third in Piedmont. For partners will be recorded a video in English with simulation of a training intervention. Begin the pilot run that will be addressed to a group of 5 to 10 trainers in each of the countries involved.
Description of Methodological Framework
The methodology adopted is that of personalization. The trainers will test on themselves the personalization model integrated with the digital portfolio. The testing will be divided into the following stages: start training for trainers involved; creation of beta version of the digital portfolio of trainers; exercises; evaluation and validation of skills acquired.
Expected Results
- Overcoming the limitations of standardised training and sperimentation of personalization model.
