WP7 - Management and Monitoring

Work Package Aims

1. Defining planning and control systems for the development of the project and permit the right blend of individual contributions;
2. managing the working group;
3. check the progress of activities and check the efficiency and effectiveness of the expected activities.

Description of Activities

It is expected to use the instrument of the workshops and the adoption of flexible and informal communication tools that allow the constant interaction between the partners. It is expected to adopt an executive plan of the activities in which is decided the timing and modalities of implementation of various WP. Using methodologies of Project Management and manage the assets according to the principles of quality. The monitoring will cover all WP and respond to two needs: to monitor the status of implementation of the WP and verify that the results achieved are in line with the executive plan.

Description of Methodological Framework

The construction of indicators and data collection. A collection, classification and interpretation of data to give a statistical representation. Make periodic reports on the results obtained. You will use different types of indicators: efficiency, effectiveness, affordability and transparency.

Expected Results

1. Communication protocol between the project partners; plan project executive, report of activities.
